THE 2-MINUTE RULE FOR WINBOX LOGIN

Winbox when downloading descriptors get inventory. Right after some troubleshooting, I found that winbox is being blocked by P2P/File transfer limits in the corporate.How Is that this connected to WinBox? I do not get it.
